Harsha Lake

September 25, 2019

Just a little ways off of 125 near Amelia is one of my favorite spots for all kinds of photos. Harsha Lake offers so many options for backdrops that you are sure to find something you like here. The Harsha Lake area is what most locals consider East Fork dam. There is a rocky creek with tall sycamores on each side. There is also a path in the woods, the beach, some pretty spots close to the beach that include the water and the trees.

One of my favorite spots is the field, when fall comes this provides a beautiful spot for photos. When the tall grass dries out and the leaves change its breathtaking. This is a place you can sit on a blanket, stand on a walking path, run in the field or snuggle near the creek, there is so much to offer. It is just moments from Amelia, 20 minutes from Batavia and Williamsburg while still only around 35 minutes from Cincinnati.
